Revocatoria O Caducidad De La Licencia, Concesión, Permiso, Registro, O Demás Autorizaciones Ambientales

Revocatoria o caducidad de la licencia, concesión, permiso, registro, o demás autorizaciones ambientales. La revocatoria o caducidad de la licencia, concesión, permiso, registro o demás autorizaciones ambientales definidos en la ley o en los reglamentos, se impondrá como sanción por parte de las autoridades, de acuerdo con el siguiente criterio:

Reincidencia en el incumplimiento de las medidas establecidas en dichas autorizaciones ambientales, siempre y cuando dicho incumplimiento sea grave.
