Entrega material del territorio restituido. Dentro de los sesenta (60) días hábiles siguientes a la ejecutoria del fallo, se realizará la entrega material del territorio a restituir; para tal efecto en el mismo fallo, el Juez o Tribunal de Restitución, convocará a la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras, a la Defensoría del Pueblo, que serán los encargados de realizar la diligencia, en la cual no procederá oposición alguna. De la diligencia se levantará un acta que será remitida al día siguiente al Juez que haya dictado la orden.
