Dependerán del Departamento de Interventorías que se crea por el artículo anterior, la Sección de Interventoría del departamento de Carreteras Nacionales, las Interventorías de los ramos de Carreteras Nacionales, Ferrocarriles, Edificios, Navegación, Aeronáutica Civil y cualesquiera otras, que dependan del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
