Artículo segundo. Los sueldos y demás gastos que demande el funcionamiento de las dos Comisiones de Reconocimiento se imputaran a los fondos del contrato vigente entre la, Nación y el Municipio de Barranquilla para el saneamiento de la Zona Negra de la misma ciudad, y serán subierlos en Barranquilla por el Contador-Pagador del Fondo Nacional de Malariologia en esa ciudad.
