Los sombreros, armados y adornados, de que tratan los numerales 331 y 334 de la tarifa aduanera vigente, pagaran $1.00 por unidad. Los mismos sombreros, sin arreglar y sin adornar, pagaran $0.50 también por cada unidad.

Quedan así reformados los numerales 331 y 334 del arancel aduanero.
