El período de las directivas o comités ejecutivos reglamentarios y las modalidades de su elección, la integración de los mismos, el quórum y la periodicidad de las reuniones ordinarias de las asambleas, la vigencia de los presupuestos y los requisitos para la validez de los gastos, se rigen por las disposiciones de los estatutos federales o confedérales aprobados por el Ministerio del Trabajo.
