Art. 134. El tabaco que se vaya de reducir a cigarros se entregará por partes, pesado i en proporción a los medios que el comprador manifieste tener para verificar pronto la operación; i hasta que no esté ejecutada, e introducido de nuevo al depósito el tabaco elaborado en cigarros, no se entregará la segunda porción i así sucesivamente.
