La administración, sostenimiento y desarrollo de estos ramos es de la incumbencia exclusiva de la Dirección General de Correos y Telégrafos y, en consecuencia se someterán á la aprobación del Gobierno todos los contratos que los Intendentes celebren en el particular. Esto sin perjuicio de que el Intendente de Casanare, continúe dando cumplimiento al artículo 5º del Decreto número 1,221 de 1894. CAPITULO XIII COLONIZACIÓN Y MISIONES.
