°. Organos de Asesoría y Coordinación. El Comité de Coordinación del Sistema de Control Interno y la Comisión de Personal se organizarán y ejercerán sus funciones conforme a lo previsto en las disposiciones legales vigentes. El Director General de la Agencia Nacional del Espectro podrá crear comités permanentes o transitorios especiales para estudio, análisis y asesoría en temas alusivos a la Agencia.
