Artículo veintitrés . Los gastos que ocasione la creación de las cargos a que se refiere este Decreto, lo mismo que los que demande la adquisición de materiales y elementos para la ejecución del Decreto-Ley 0690 de 1950 y sus reglamentos se harán con cargo a las apropiaciones presupuestales del Ministerio de Higiene.
