En las mismas penas de que tratan los artículos anteriores, según el caso, incurre el que con el fin de servir intereses distintos a los legítimos de la defensa nacional o del interés público, difunde de cualquier modo falsas alarmas que pueden dar por resultado perjuicios para el país o para las Fuerzas Militares.
