ARTICULO 2.4.2.2.4 .- OBLIGACION DEL PROCEDIMIENTO DE MARTILLO. Toda venta de bienes muebles que las entidades oficiales deben efectuar por el sistema de remate y adjudicación al mejor postor se hará por conducto del Martillo del Banco Popular, salvo que en la localidad en donde deba verificarse la venta no preste el Banco tal servicio. Las entidades semioficiales y los particulares podrán utilizar el servicio de este martillo para dar en venta, en licitación y al mejor postor, toda clase de bienes muebles.
