Los ministros y jefes de departamento administrativo tomarán posesión ante el presidente de la república. Los superintendentes, los presidentes, gerentes o directores de entidades descentralizadas conforme a sus estatutos, y en su defecto ante el jefe del organismo al cual esté adscrita o vinculada la entidad. Los demás empleados ante la autoridad que señala la ley o ante el jefe del organismo correspondiente o el funcionario en quien se haya delegado esta facultad.
