ARTICULO 4° El empleado cuyo cargo hubiere sido suprimido deberá comunicar, por escrito dirigido al jefe del organismo que lo retira del servicio, la decisión adoptada, dentro de los cinco (5) días calendario siguientes a la fecha de recibo de la comunicación de que trata el inciso 1° del artículo 3° del presente Decreto.
