°. Agrégase al artículo 71 el siguiente

Parágrafo

El proceso de asimilación de que trata este Decreto quedará suspendido el 30 de junio de 1982. A partir de tal fecha quedarán sin ningún valor los escalafones vigentes con anterioridad a la expedición de este Decreto.
