Entidades Integrantes Del Sistema Nacional De Crédito Agropecuario

Ley 16 de 1990 · por la cual se constituye el Sistema Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario, se crea el Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Forman parte del Sistema Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario, los bancos, los fondos ganaderos y las demás entidades financieras, creadas o que se creen en el futuro, que tengan por objeto principal el financiamiento de las actividades agropecuarias.

Parágrafo

También hará parte del Sistema Nacional de Crédito Agropecuario, el Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, Finagro, cuya creación se ordena por la presente Ley.
