Las sanciones a los funcionarios judiciales se ejecutarán en la forma prevista en este Código. Las multas serán impuestas a favor del Consejo Superior de la Judicatura. Igual destino tendrán las sanciones impuestas por quejas temerarias a que refiere esta normatividad.
