º Los Recursos Provenientes De Este Empréstito Los Destinará El Gobierno Nacional -Ministerio De Obras Públicas Y Transporte- A Financiar Parcialmente La Construcción Del Dique Direccional Y Obras Complementarias Del Canal De Acceso Al Puerto De Barranquilla
