TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo tercero. Además de los miembros que actualmente tiene la Junta Directiva del Fondo Rotatorio Judicial, habrá un representante directo de los empleados subalternos de la Rama Jurisdiccional del Poder Público. El Gobierno reglamentará la forma de elección y determinará el período de este nuevo miembro de la expresada Junta.
