Artículo único. Adiciónase el artículo 1° del Decreto número 338, fecha 15 del presente, que reorganiza la Oficina de Cambio de Paquetes Postales Internacionales de Puerto Colombia, instalada en Barranquilla, con el nombramiento para Vigilante de Guardas y Acarreadores de la misma Oficina que se hace en el señor Edmundo Rodríguez, con anterioridad a la fecha del Decreto reorgánico que arriba se menciona.
