º. La nueva Sección de la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y minero, creada por el artículo 1º del Decreto número 1156 de 1940, destinará hasta seiscientos mil pesos ($ 600.000) de su capital a otorgar crédito a los mineros del país, dentro de las normas señaladas en los artículos siguientes.

Parágrafo

Esta función crediticia la cumplirá la Caja, bien directamente o por conducto de las Sociedades Seccionales de Crédito.
