º . El contingente a que se refiere el artículo 1º del presente decreto será reglamentado y administrado por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural. La importación de los productos será registrada ante el Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, previo visto bueno del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, el cual se requiere también para el levante de la mercancía.
