Articulo 102 . Revisiones de los registros sanitarios . El ministro de salud o la autoridad delegada podrá ordenar en cualquier momento de oficio o a petición de cualquier interesado la revisión de los registros sanitarios vigentes de las bebidas alcohólicas. Cuando se trate de una revisión de oficio, esta se ordenara mediante resolución motivada.
