Los Jefes de Contabilidad de los Ministerios o Departamentos, o los Contadores de las obras o entidades que tengan a su servicio automóviles oficiales, y que estén encargados del control de los mismos, podrán el Es corriente (sic) en las nominas de los conductores, o harán las liquidaciones de las sumas que por exceso de gastos sobre los servicios prestados deban descontárseles de los pagos mensuales.
