Art. 61. Las partes pueden solicitar, de común acuerdo y todas las veces que tengan, la suspensión del juicio por detener minado número de días. El escrito que contenga tal solicitud debe presentarse personalmente al juez o Magistrado por entre el secretario, de lo cual se extenderá una diligencia que firmaran el Juez o Magistrado, por ante el secretario y las partes.
