En el caso del Artículo anterior, el Director del manicomio debe informar mensualmente a la dirección General de Prisiones, acerca de las condiciones en que se encuentra el condenado. Si el concepto de los Médicos Legistas el condenado a recobrado la salud, la Dirección General de Prisiones, dispondrá que sea trasladado de nuevo a un Establecimiento Carcelarios.
