Artículo octavo. Para los efectos del artículo 2º de la Ley que se reglamenta, el salario cuando sea variable, se determinará por el promedio de lo devengado en el mes inmediatamente anterior, o en todo el tiempo de sus servicios, si éstos no alcanzaren a un mes.
