Implementación. El Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural implementará la plataforma "Mi Registro Rural" de manera progresiva, para lo cual adoptará un plan para los servicios web, u otro mecanismo de intercambio de información del Sector Administrativo Agropecuario, Pesquero y de Desarrollo Rural que sea necesario, teniendo en cuenta las capacidades tecnológicas de las entidades adscritas y vinculadas del sector.
