º. El Médico Jefe del servicio científico será Inspector General del Lazareto, y a él estarán subordinados los demás empleados. El Ministerio de Gobierno señalará las funciones que como a tales Inspectores les corresponden, las cuales podrá desempeñar algunos de otros Médicos del establecimiento cuando así lo disponga ese Ministerio. Ningún empleado del servicio sano de los Lazaretos puede separarse sin permiso del Médico Inspector, quien no puede concederlo por más de tres días. Para separarse por mas tiempo, un empleado debe pedir permiso al Ministerio de Gobierno;
