La contratación que los autores formalicen y que de alguna manera modifique, transmita, grave o extinga los derechos patrimoniales que les confiere esta Ley, solo surtirá efectos a partir de su inscripción ante la autoridad competente. Las asociaciones de autores no podrán restringir en ninguna forma la libertad de contratación de sus asociados.
