º . El numeral 2 del artículo 14 del Decreto 616 de 2006 modificado por el artículo 2º del Decreto 2838 de 2006 quedará así: "2. No se podrá comercializar leche cruda o leche cruda enfriada para consumo humano directo una vez vencidos los plazos establecidos en el presente decreto, salvo las excepciones establecidas para zonas especiales dentro del territorio nacional".
