De los suplentes. De las ternas y listas de candidatos presentados, el Presidente de la República procederá a nombrar los representantes principales con sus respectivos suplentes. A las sesiones del consejo y de las Juntas Administradoras, solamente podrán asistir los suplentes en ausencia de los respectivos titulares.
