Autorización. Las operaciones sobre financiación de valores que celebren las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa para financiar a sus clientes la adquisición de valores, estarán sujetas a las condiciones generales que establece el presente título. La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia podrá determinar las condiciones que considere necesarias para las operaciones de financiación de valores.
