En la Secretaría General de los organismos a que se refiere el presente Decreto, o en la dependencia que haga sus veces, se mantendrá al día una lista de las personas o entidades que, por cuenta propia o en representación de terceros, intervienen en asuntos de competencia del respectivo organismo o adelantan gestiones en relación con los mismos. Inciso 2º. Para poder actuar ante dichos organismos se deberá estar inscrito en la lista de que trata el presente artículo.
