Momento y lugar de desnaturalización. El alcohol potable no destinado para consumo humano deberá ser desnaturalizado mediante la transformación durante un proceso productivo así

En caso de producción nacional, deberán desnaturalizar en el momento previo a la salida de la planta de producción o bodega distribuidora con sus propios productos, salvo que se trate de productores - transformadores de alcohol potable. En este último caso, el momento y lugar de desnaturalización será durante el proceso industrial.

Los importadores deberán desnaturalizar en zona franca. Para los importadores transformadores de alcohol potable, el momento y lugar de desnaturalización será durante el proceso industrial.
