El artículo 301 del Decreto 2666 de 1984, quedará así: “Clasificaciones arancelarias generales. Solo en los casos en que la División de Arancel considere necesario armonizar los criterios que deban aplicarse en la clasificación de mercancías según el Arancel de Aduanas, efectuará de oficio y mediante resolución motivada, clasificaciones arancelarias generales”.
