Condiciones mínimas de la infraestructura. El Ministerio de Transporte, dentro del año siguiente a la expedición del presente decreto, definirá las condiciones mínimas que debe tener la infraestructura del sistema de metro ligero, tren ligero, tranvía y tren-tram, específicamente en cuanto al trazado de la vía, plataforma, cruces de peatones, intersecciones, señalización, paradas y estaciones.
