Créase el Museo Diocesano de Arte Sagrado y la Casa de la Cultura en la ciudad de Duitama, con el propósito de adquirir, reunir, conservar, divulgar y defender todas las obras de carácter artístico y cultural, que se hallen en jurisdicción de la Diócesis, bajo el patrocinio, orientación y cuidado de la misma.
