De la vigilancia sobre las entidades con ánimo de lucro . La inspección y vigilancia sobre las entidades con ánimo de lucro dedicadas a la prestación de servicios de salud, será ejercida por la dirección nacional, seccional o local del sistema de salud de conformidad con el área de influencia de la respectiva entidad y conforme a lo dispuesto en los artículos 2.5.3.9.4 y 2.5.3.9.5 del presente decreto.
