La oferta y desarrollo de los cursos de Capacitación y Entrenamiento en Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada deben realizarse en la sede principal, sucursales y agencias autorizadas por la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada a cada Escuela y Departamento de Capacitación. Excepcionalmente, se podrán autorizar capacitaciones fuera de la sede de acuerdo con el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos para tal fin
