Ley 81 de 1981 · por la cual se adiciona el Presupuesto de Rentas y Recursos de Capital y se abren unos créditos adicionales en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la vigencia fiscal de 1981, por $ 6.510.645.000, se efectúan unos traslados en el Presupuesto de Gastos de la actual vigencia (Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, Policía Nacional y Ministerios de Trabajo y Seguridad Social y Desarrollo Económico), por $ 433.995.000.
