En el caso de los menores de catorce (14) años de edad, los exámenes constarán de preguntas de cultura general, que tendrán un valor del ochenta por ciento (80%) y un veinte por ciento (20%) de los temas: operación básica y Legislación de Telecomunicaciones. Para tales efectos se elaborará un examen especial de preguntas, para cada categoría.
