amends ley 8/71

El parágrafo 1º. del artículo 1º. de la Ley 8º. de 1971, quedará así:

Toda Droguería deberá ser dirigida por un Químico farmacéutico o por un Farmacéutico licenciado, o por una persona que ostente la credencial de expendedor de drogas. El Gobierno, a través del Ministerio de Salud Pública expedirá la credencial de expendedor de drogas a quienes cumplieren las formalidades señaladas por el Decreto 0124 de 1954, sin necesidad de exámenes de admisión ni de cursos de capacitación.
