Intereses moratorios . Vencido el término establecido en los artículos 2.2.14.1.8. y 2.2.14.1.9. del presente decreto sin que se hayan efectuado los aportes respectivos o cuando se hayan realizado por un monto inferior, se empezarán a causar intereses moratorios a cargo de las recaudadoras de los recursos del Fondo de Solidaridad Pensional, iguales a los que rigen para el impuesto sobre la renta y complementarios. Lo anterior, sin perjuicio de las sanciones que la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia está facultada para imponer a las entidades sometidas a su vigilancia, por el incumplimiento de esta obligación legal.
