Artículo veintisiete. Los empleados públicos que resultaren enfermos de lepra serán retirados del servicio por esta causa únicamente en el caso de que la enfermedad presente una forma clínica incompatible con el ejercicio de su empleo al tenor de lo dispuesto en el artículo séptimo.
