Artículo treinta y tres. En desarrollo del artículo 217 de la Constitución. créase un Tribunal de Conflictos integrado por cuatro miembros que serán elegidos, dos por el Senado y dos por la Cámara de Representantes, de sendas listas de diez nombres enviadas al primero por la Corte Suprema de Justicia y a la segunda, por el Consejo de Estado, observando la paridad política. Los miembros del Tribunal deberán reunir las mismas calidades y requisitos exigidos para ser Magistrado de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, y tomarán posesión de sus cargos ante el Presidente de la República.
