El Gobierno nacional, a través del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, el Consejo Nacional de Salud Mental o la entidad que haga sus veces y el Ministerio del Interior, coordinarán las acciones pertinentes para que la Política Nacional de Salud Mental reconozca los usos y costumbres de las comunidades indígenas, negras, afrodescendientes, palenqueras, raizales y Rrom.
