De los Mecanismos de Liquidez autorizados . Sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, serán admisibles los mecanismos transitorios que busquen otorgar al contratista liquidez cuando los aportes disponibles para atender el pago de alguna obligación contingente resultaren insuficientes al ocurrir ésta efectivamente y mientras se efectúa el trámite presupuestal que permita a la entidad aportante efectuar el pago de la suma faltante a su cargo.
