De conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Ley 5º de 1992, las Comisiones Especiales de Seguimiento al Proceso de Descentralización y Ordenamiento Territorial de Senado y Cámara tendrán a su cargo el seguimiento y control político a la aplicación de lo dispuesto en la presente ley y su reglamentación así como en las Leyes 9º de 1989, 2º de 1991, 3º de 1997, 507 de 1999, 614 de 2000 y las demás leyes concordantes.
