Con el fin de prevenir la comisión de conductas delictivas, el Gobierno nacional reglamentará las condiciones de instalación, fabricación, comercialización, importación, exportación, transporte, distribución, adquisición, almacenamiento, venta, suministro, reparación, publicidad, marketing y uso de inhibidores, bloqueadores y amplificadores de señales radioeléctricas.
